New Covid 19 Policies:
We are delighted to be able to welcome guests in to our B & B again. To remain in line with government guidelines and to ensure the safety for our guests and ourselves we are having to change some of the ways we operate. I thought it would be easier to alert you to the changes ahead of time to ensure that you are happy to comply.
We have reduced our rooms to just 2 letting rooms thereby ensuring no guest will encounter other guests in corridors and be unable to maintain social distancing.
Check in:
Check in time has been moved to 17.30 on wards allowing enough time for thorough deep cleans and sanitising between guests.
Simon and I live on site and are here to help you with any of your needs. The guidance is suggesting we communicate through email/whatsap during your stay rather than you having to ring the bell in reception (tech isn’t my strong point but I will try!) basically we are always here to help.
Hand sanitisers:
There will be hand sanitisers outside both rooms and in reception; you are encouraged to use it.
Breakfast:
As we have had to close out communal breakfast room we will now be delivering a basket of continental goodies to your room in the morning. Each room now has a fridge and kettle and table to eat at. The fridge will have your own milk, orange juice, yoghurt, home made granola and fruit. Our aim is to minimise as much passing of items between us as possible.
After breakfast:
We ask guests to place any used dishes etc in the basket and leave outside your door when you head out for the day. It has been suggested not to do the daily refresh of rooms so if you require fresh towels, bin liners…anything please just ask and I can make sure you get them.
Checkout:
Check out time has been brought forward to 9.30 am. Thereby allowing us plenty of time for the deep clean of the room.
There will be a laundry bag in your room and we would ask guests to strip the bed themselves and place in the cotton laundry bags.
Open all windows before you leave.
Thank you
