Seasonal Supper Club.
At Glenview we want to celebrate the local and seasonal produce we have here on Skye and in the Highlands – we really are blessed with the choice and quality of growers and suppliers here.
Before taking our pie tangent Simon was head chef of our award winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant- and so we thought to keep the creative chef cogs whirling we would have special ‘Seasonal Supper Club’ evenings….Five courses of flavour and freshness from our surroundings.
