• All prices are inclusive of breakfast and VAT at 17.5%.
• Children under 12 half price B & B.
• All reservations will be confirmed in writing to your postal address or email address.
• Check in after 4 pm. If guests are expecting to arrive after 6 pm please let us know at the time of booking.
• Check out is 10.30 am.
• We do require a deposit of £30 per booking to be deducted from your final bill.
• Single occupancy rates do apply OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to re-let the room. If we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to make the following charges:
• For cancellation less than 5 days or for failure to turn up we will charge the first night’s room price in full.
We will only apply these charges in the event that we are unable to re-let the room but we do recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation. |
